Job Description

    You are a Lead Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and requirement translation. Your role involves translating business needs into technical solutions and guiding projects to successful execution. Join our team to contribute to the delivery of impactful solutions in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Your responsibilities include translating business requirements into User Stories and delivering detailed requirement information to the team. You will create comprehensive functional requirements in the form of User Stories, prioritize them for Backlog grooming, and Sprint Planning meetings.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 9 to 14 years of experience. You must be well-versed in Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe, and have acted as a liaison between Development and Business partners. Experience in working directly with clients and business stakeholders for requirements elicitation, proposing functional solutions, and supporting acceptance testing is essential.You should excel in working with different estimation techniques, facilitating team estimates, and ensuring transparency in release timelines, features, and scope. Handling continuous scope changes, prioritization techniques, and capturing requirements through documentation tools like BRD, FSD, SRS is a key aspect of the role.Additionally, experience in handling partner UATs, reviewing QA artifacts, working across multiple teams for alignment, and effective communication of requirement ambiguity and dependencies are crucial. A background in leading business domains like Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or Ecommerce is preferred.Key technologies for this role include Business Analysis, BRD, FRD, User Stories, SQL, Data Modeling, Agile, Wireframing, and Prototyping.If you are passionate about leveraging your technical business analysis skills to drive successful project outcomes and deliver value to stakeholders, we encourage you to apply for this position.,
