Job Description

As an Assistant Operator at Sprinpak Manufacturing LLP in Bilaspur, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the printing press. With 1 to 2 years of experience, your primary responsibilities will include helping set up and prepare the press by arranging plates, inks, and paper rolls. You will also assist in running the machine, monitor print quality, perform routine cleaning, and carry out minor maintenance tasks. Adherence to safety and quality standards is paramount in this role.To excel as an Assistant Operator, you should have a minimum qualification of 10th pass and ideally possess 1-2 years of experience in web offset printing. Basic mechanical skills, keen attention to detail, and physical fitness are essential requirements for this position. Additionally, you should be willing to work in shifts as needed.This is a full-time, permanent position with Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule is during the day, and the job requires your physical presence at the manufacturing location in Bilaspur, Haryana.,
