Job Description

    As a Project Management Officer, your role will involve acting as a centralized hub to enhance overall project execution, consistency, and the achievement of organizational goals. You will be responsible for forecasting, visualizing, and reporting possible bottlenecks or project delays in advance to mitigate any potential issues. Your key responsibilities will include:- Identifying project needs and developing detailed timelines for completion- Coordinating multiple project management teams overseeing 4-6 projects simultaneously and delegating tasks effectively- Utilizing proven skills in risk management and cost management to monitor expenditures and create detailed reports for upper management- Keeping track of project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget constraints- Implementing necessary changes to teams and processes as required- Developing and maintaining project management standards, methodology, and best practices- Managing shared resources and coordinating project activities across the portfolio- Ensuring alignment with strategic objectives through project prioritization and governance- Providing training, support, and reporting to project teams and stakeholdersAdditionally, you should have a Mechanical Engineering background with at least 6 to 9 years of experience in a Project Management Officer position. It is essential that you possess the ability to work on multiple projects under work pressure and timelines. Other qualifications and skills required for this role include:- Knowledge of design and visualization software- Advanced MS Office skills, including Microsoft Project (MSP)- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects- Proven project management and forecasting skills- Decision-making ability and leadership skills- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail- Strong math and analytical skills- Drive, self-motivation, and excellent follow-throughYour expertise and dedication in this role will contribute significantly to the successful execution of projects and the overall achievement of organizational goals.,
