Job Description

    The Regional Construction Operations Manager for North India will be responsible for overseeing the execution and deployment of workforce across multiple construction projects in the region. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and HR teams to ensure efficient site operations, optimal workforce deployment, and timely project completion.Your key responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day activities at various construction sites, collaborating with the HR team for workforce deployment, monitoring project timelines and resource utilization, serving as an escalation point for client queries, ensuring compliance with safety norms and company standards, and providing regular updates to management on workforce deployment and operational challenges.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent, along with at least 7 years of experience in construction site operations or workforce management. You should possess a strong understanding of construction processes, the ability to manage dispersed workforces, and be willing to travel frequently across sites at short notice.
