Job Description

    As a Technical Delivery Lead cum Solution Architect, your role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of automation and digital transformation projects, driving solution design, and engaging with clients. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring seamless delivery aligned with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of automation and integration projects for multiple clients.- Lead project kickoff meetings, steering committee calls, governance activities, reporting, and stakeholder communication.- Provide hands-on technical assistance and guidance to developers as needed.- Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction by conducting regular code reviews to verify adherence to coding standards.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, business analysts) to ensure smooth project execution.- Effectively manage risks, scope, and change requests.- Gather and analyze client requirements, design PDDs, and review SDDs prepared by developers.- Offer technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in delivery management and 2 years in automation and digital transformation development.- Strong expertise in automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate, along with enterprise system integration knowledge.- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, project governance, solution design, and effort estimation.- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.- Ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple priorities across various delivery engagements.The above details provide a snapshot of the role of a Technical Delivery Lead cum Solution Architect, highlighting the key responsibilities and qualifications required for success in this position.,
