Job Description

    As a Senior Software Developer in the .Net domain, your primary responsibility will be the development of application software for banknote processing systems. You will play a pivotal role in a cross-site agile scrum team, ensuring software design, implementation, and testing with high quality standards to achieve team goals. Your contribution will be crucial in driving the evolution of the software platform across teams and products, as well as in continuous application modernization efforts. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you will be involved in developing tangible software solutions.To excel in this role, you must be proficient in C#/.NET Core and .NET Framework for building scalable web and desktop applications. Your experience with multithreading and messaging architectures, along with automated Unit- and Integration Testing using frameworks like MSTest, xUnit, or NUnit, will be highly valuable. Familiarity with tools such as GIT, Visual Studio, GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, and Azure Boards is essential. Additionally, experience with relational database systems, particularly Oracle DB, and familiarity with SQL Server will be advantageous.A team-oriented mindset is crucial for success in this role, along with the ability to work independently when required. Your understanding of Agile development principles and experience in working within a Scrum team will be beneficial. A passion for IT and software development, coupled with a knack for solving complex problems, will set you up for success. You should thrive on new challenges and have the ability to quickly adapt to complex tasks. Strong written and spoken English skills are necessary to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.This position requires 7 to 11 years of relevant experience and is based in Gurgaon. The work mode is 5 days in the office, and the company operates in the product-based industry.
