Job Description

    Role Overview:As an SDE-3 Node - IDSS at Pluang, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable microservices for our platform. Your role will involve solving complex engineering challenges, optimizing system architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Design and build scalable microservices using Node.js for the IDSS platform- Lead code reviews and shape team processes to ensure high-quality, efficient development- Own the product lifecycle from requirements to production, making a direct impact on business outcomes- Guide and support junior developers, driving innovation and technical excellence within the teamQualification Required:- At least 4 years of Node.js experience, with strong skills in microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP- Expertise in Express, SQL/NoSQL/Redis databases, and message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design- Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving successful project deliveryIf you are passionate about leading the development of scalable microservices and enjoy tackling complex engineering challenges, we encourage you to apply for this position.
