The APAC renewals team, based in new offices in Hong Kong, is responsible for driving industry-leading renewal rates across the region, working in multiple languages, engaging with end users and reseller partners alike. We are looking for an individual that brings a combination of skills in developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty, continually improve renewal retention rates, and drive innovative cross-sell and up-sell programs within the assigned territory.
