  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain SMB clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, continually improving processes.
  • Engage with prospective clients through various channels to present Fiservs solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance our service offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Report on sales activities and performance to senior management.
What you will need to have:
  • 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • 8 years of experience in the SMB market segment.
  • 8 years of experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with different levels of stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative, with the desire and capability to identify opportunities and develop new or alternative propositions for clients.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven while being open to assume responsibilities by stepping up.
What would be great to have:
  • 5 years of experience in using CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Certification in sales or relevant disciplines.
