Primary Responsibilities:
  • Performs all routine imaging procedures including Nuclear Cardiology, dynamic flow studies, and SPECT according to policies and procedures established by the nuclear physician.
  • Administers radioactive materials to patients and routinely charges patient exams.
  • Ensures the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational and professional standards.

  • Graduate from an approved Nuclear Medicine program.
  • Texas Medical Board Medical Technologist General Certificate; NMTCB or ARRT (NM), or registry eligible.
  • BLS through American Heart Association.
  • 6 months in a clinical area. May consider a new grad if hiring department can provide direct supervision for 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Nuclear Medicine.
  • Kelsey-Seybold experience.
