A pleasant personality who can handle and manage day-to-day technology challenges, guide the team and company in right direction. Ideal to have experience, knowledge, interest in Spiritual, Religious, Wellness domains to guide the team, product, project in a better way. Leadership qualities and management excellence in product, project, engagement, development, budget, delivery, practice, service, people, stakeholder. Strong knowledge in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Operations, Accounts, Retail, eCommerce, B2C, B2B, agile Scrum, Jira, DevOps, etc Strong knowledge/experience in Android and iOS apps, hybrid technologies, MEAN, AWS, Azure, APIs, React, RDBMS, Cloud, QA, Problem solving. Understand and articulate new, upcoming and trending technologies such as AI, ML, Crypto, Security, Big Data, Data Science, Infrastructure, etc. Can independently handle teams, projects, mobile app/web sites, applications efficiently with little or/and without much direction. Strong communication, collaboration skills, supervise, manage, mentor team efficiently. Should be able to remotely work with CEO and handle the team. Solid knowledge and experience in building team, hiring and retaining talent with strategic planning. Work directly with CEO to understand vision, objectives and road map of the company, products and deliver them efficiently on time. Solid previous hands on technical experience (coding, architecting, designing, server administration, technical platform setup, etc.). Practical experience in business development, managing teams, vendors, partners, etc. very efficiently to gain the trust and build credibility. Qualification: Technical degree (Computer Engineering, MCA, M.Tech), preferably tier-1 schools/colleges (IIT, NIT, etc.) Any additional degrees (MBA, etc.) and certifications are preferred. Prefer who has prior CTO or similar working experience in the similar industry with same/similar roles and duties.
