The right candidate will be managing multiple small to mid size projects in the fields of data, analytics and AI. Responsibilities Lead and manage internal and client facing projects end-to-end. Accountable for team communications, schedule tracking, resource coordination, risk assessment, contingency planning, resolution of critical issues, and escalation to task leadership when necessary. Work closely with the internal and/or client's stakeholders to understand and communicate changing priorities and mission goals. Provide regular project status updates to clients, project team members, and management as applicable. Generate Weekly and Monthly Status Reports for leadership and/or client review. Work with team to ensure all activities conform to client approved plans and expectations. Identify, document, and implement lessons learned throughout project life. Maintain, and store all required documentation and artifacts in logical manner for quick retrieval. Attend meetings with customers, document minutes and send to all attendees and Senior Leadership. Anticipate potential threats and work with team to develop mitigations. Works with teams across India and U.S. as needed. Maintains a flexible work schedule. Qualification 1. 3-5 years of experience in developing and execution of IT project methodologies, procedures and processes 2. Able to effectively communicate verbally or in written form, with all levels of the organization, and able to rally cross functional teams to achieve common goals. 3. Self-starter, able to make clarity from ambiguity, highly analytical, detail oriented, strong problem solving ability, able to effectively prioritize competing, complex tasks, communicate professionally. 4. Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project skills. 5. Experience managing EDW / BI projects.
