Job Description

    Post: Admission Councelor Experience: 2+ years Salary: upto 9 LPA 1.5 Lakhs of Joining bounus will be provided post completion of 6 months in the organization.Interview Process: 2 rounds (1st telephonic round with HR, Final round will be over a video call with the reporting manager) Working days & Time: - Alternate 5 & 6 days working including Sundays (weekly off will be decided on the team roaster) | 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Bangalore and HyderabadAs the Admissions Counselor, you will be responsible for:1. Conversion of qualified student leads into admissions2. Speaking with students and parents to understand their needs and accordingly explainthe benefits of the product, answer questions etc.3. Taking the student and parents through the appropriate sales journey which will includemultiple touch-points (email, phone, video sessions etc.)4. Final objection handling and price negotiation5. Adhering to outreach and sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis6. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline7. Updating on CRM in real-time the details pertaining to lead discussions & conversions8.
