Responsible for budgeted numbers, managing cost, IRR & productivity as set for the location.
Sourcing Personal through Branch & Open market channels.
Micro management of processes and people in terms of productivity and cost.

Exploring new avenues of sourcing.
Ability to handle & recruit outsourced team of around 10-15 people.

Job Requirement:

ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED
Aggressive and passionate individual with a natural flair for sales.
Key skill required will be in terms of relationship management and negotiation skills.
Eye for finer details and ability to micro manage on critical business parameters.
Should have understanding of Ahm in terms of demography, geography preferably should be able to communicate in local language.
