Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.Recruitment Strategy and Innovation: Design and implement innovative and efficient recruitment strategies leveraging technology and creative approaches. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.Vendor Evaluation and Management: Evaluate and manage vendor partnerships, ensuring alignment with company values and quality standards. Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance to optimize recruitment outcomes and cost-effectiveness.Cost Effective Measures: Develop and implement cost-effective recruitment strategies while maintaining high-quality standards. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement initiatives to reduce recruitment-related expenses.Sourcing Strategy: Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms. Analyze sourcing data to optimize channels and improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.Campus Hiring Initiatives: Lead campus recruitment programs, fostering relationships with universities and institutes to attract fresh talent. Develop internship programs and initiatives to engage and retain top graduates.International Hiring and Compliance: Lead international recruitment efforts, establishing partnerships and networks to attract top talent in key global markets. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in different regions.Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities. Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering their growth and development. Establish best practices and provide training to enhance the teams capabilities.Metrics and Reporting: Implement and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
