Job Description

    We are hiring for International Chat Process only for immediate joiners (Customer support)1 - 4 years of experience2.4 LPA - 3.4 LPARoles & Responsibilities:
    • The candidate has to Support through Chat.
    • The candidate has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
    • The candidate has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
    • The candidate should have the ability to build rapport with the customer.
    • The candidate should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
    Key Skills:
    • Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of ecommerce websites.
    • Should have basic knowledge of mobile/computing products.
    • Should possess effective Written & Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills.
    • Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM).
    • Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Must be a 12th Pass/Graduate (No backlogs & should not pursue any regular studies)
    • Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have 1 year of experience in Customer support role.
    • Immediate joiners are preferred.
    • Candidates must be flexible with Night shifts and Work from Office
    • Willing to work in 24-7 shifts (Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts)
