Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manages colo feasibility, survey permission, infra safety assessment, SO issuance, RFI declaration and sign off for projects related to installation of Wireless and Wireline Network within a specified TAT for the specified region.
  • Facilitate customer permission and colo surrender in the region
  • Accountable for managing updated records for Wireless and Wireline colo sites with backup documents of RFI, exit sign offs etc.
  • Synchronization with PO team, SCM team and IP vendors to ensure sites billing as per agreement.
  • Ensure process and compliance adherence in collocation of sites and maintaining all audit related information readily available.
  • Manages colo related third party infra providers agreements and interlock with infra providers for stuck material and infra related issues.
  • Manages critical sites escalations and relocations and support L3 level infra operational issues to avoid relocation as much as possible.
  • Responsible for proactive data crunching to provide crucial information to senior management on cost saving and performance improvement areas in colo.
  • Interlock with all IP operators on regular intervals to ensure availability of good site portfolio for network expansion. (for B2_2)
  • Manages site sharing portals of Infra providers as user for sites sharing and exit processes.
  • Innovation and automation of existing processes to meet SLO and enable reduction in TAT in all deliverables.(for B2_2)
