Job Description

    At PwC, our tax services team focuses on providing advice and guidance to clients regarding tax planning, compliance, and strategy. As a member of this team, you will assist businesses in navigating complex tax regulations and optimizing their tax positions. Specifically, in the mergers and acquisition tax sector, you will provide tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the tax implications of these transactions, developing tax structures, and helping clients navigate complex tax regulations to optimize tax outcomes.In this role, it is essential to be driven by curiosity and be a reliable team player.
