Job Description

Job Opportunity: Unit Sales Manager – Agency Channel - InsurancePosition: Sales Development ManagerLocation: HyderabadChannel: Agency SalesRole Overview:You will focus on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure your teams success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train Insurance Advisors to meet sales goals.
  • Track team progress, set performance targets, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Transition into a strategic leadership position as your team grows and evolves the team.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Minimum undergraduate .
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on communication and team development.
  • Age 22 to 38 years.
  • Preference candidates from Hyderabad only.
Compensation:
  • CTC: Upto 3.30 LPA -3.08 LPA
