The Impact: Loan Platforms is seeking an experienced technologist to become a member of the Clearpar development team based in Gurgaon, India. This person will work closely with existing team members in this dynamic and challenging industry to develop and maintain innovative solutions for state-of-the-art centralized loans settlement platform, with emphasis on testability, and leveraging existing components to accomplish timely delivery of software products according to the business schedule.Being chiefly responsible for ongoing development with .Net technologies, this individual will interface with various business units in the planning of major functionality, analysing business functional requirements to determine the scope of work, evaluating available application alternatives to support business needs, and managing resource planning/constraints.Whats in it for you: This position will suit candidates who enjoy both the technical and business aspects of developing, testing, and deploying software to a schedule in an environment of high visibility and transparency around deliverables, business needs, and customer value. • Design and code complex programs.
• Evaluate complex business requirements and processes.
• Provide production support for several mission critical systems.
• Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.
• Take initiative and work independently on certain projects, while contributing to a large team on others.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Full project life-cycle experience working with C#, .Net Core, ASP.Net Core, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, SSRS
• RESTful services, Windows Services
• Data access frameworks like Entity Framework, ADO.NET, etc
• SSO (OAuth2)
• Experience in design patterns like SOLID principles, Dependency Injection and .NET Core
• Experience working in a test-driven environment with a solid understanding of both the creation of and the execution of functional and non-functional unit tests.
• Experience working in the financial sector, particularly in Loans/Fixed Income, would be an advantage.
• AWS and Microservices, would be good to have.
