Our client is the major player in Oil Based Soap Industry in Indonesia.We are looking forProduction ManagerQualifications : - B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemical, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Or Equivalent- Understanding Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008- Understanding Environment Management System ISO 14001- Understanding Halal Assurance System HAS 23000- Good Command Oral & WrittenSkills:Leadership; Communication Skills; Good Technical Skills, Interpersonal Behavior; Integrity (Honest, fairness, committed) Negotiation skills; Persuading;Reasoning); Problem Solving & Decision Making; Handling conflict; meeting; Organization skills; Report Writing; Computer LiterateExperience:Min 10-15 yearsexperience in process activity in a Soap manufacturing company having Saponification(Preferably Oil based Saponification), Toilet Soap & Laundry Multipurpose Soap Finishing Lines & Glycerine Plant.Responsibilities and Authorities:

1. To be responsible for implementation of the production plans in both quantities and quality.
2. To be responsible for the daily supervision of the various production sections and the proper running of work in these section, and to solve them. To coordinate continually between the production sections and the other sections and departments.
3. To ensure the Process Parameters of Saponification, Soap Finishing Lines & Glycerine are correctly formulated (in conjunction with R&D and QC), reviewed & Followed.
4. To ensure the Optimum Utilization of the resources like Manpower (including overtime strict control), Material consumption, Utilities & Consumables.
5. To maintain daily production reports.
6. To maintain good manufacturing practice productivity with regard to quality and quantity and to ensure optimum utilization of production elements.
7. To strictly control the scrap generation & optimize the recycling & reuse.
8. To ensure that the Plant & machinery is always maintained well. Cleanliness & Houskeepiong of the Factory & its all areas is maintained at all the times.
9. To plan the issuing and delivery of raw materials from stores and to ensure proper storage in identified area.
10. To coordinate with Logistic Manager in case of change in daily plans.
11. To coordinate with Maintenance Manager regarding periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance plans as well as planned maintenance programs and overhauling.
12. To coordinate with Human Resource Department in defining the number and qualifications of workers who need training programs, and to participate in implementing these to up-grade the skills and efficiencies of production workers.
13. To be responsible for evaluating the performance of work at the various stages and the performance of the individual workers and write annual and periodic reports on them.
14. To lead & participate in products development programs.
15. To comply with industrial safety regulations and the availability of the safety implements required.
16. To ensure the Real Time Data entry by all his sections to SAP system. Accuracy of the data entry to be ensured.
17. To participate & lead the the Management Review Meetings. To ensure with the Section Heads that the Real reasons for the variances are found & rectified.
18. To ensure document and data control as per quality assurance concepts.
19. To identify and plan the process control activity, which directly affect the quality and ensure that these process are carried out under controlled conditions.
20. To coordinate with Quality Control Manager on issues regarding disposal on non-conformity.
21. To ensure the Targets of QDI & RFT for his area.
