Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire passionate and energetic individuals who can take high degree of ownership and deliver results for OYO in this new market:

  • Drive URNs (used room nights) aggressively and ensure achievement of targets month on month
  • Signing up corporate / travel agents / events / weddings across the region into the affiliate program
  • Maintain monthly sales tracker, plan and execute market site visits as agreed with region
  • Individually responsible to contribute towards meeting the assigned targets
  • Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones
  • Suggest and inculcate loyalty/incentive program; marketing activities in the region in order to ensure revenue growth
Qualification
  • More than 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably from hospitality industry (hotels, travel agents, MICE, etc.) and service sales (e.g. transportation, logistic, ISP, etc.)
  • Passionate in sales
  • Good communication in English, both spoken and written
