Job Description

    Job Role: Field Sales OfficerYears of experience: 06 month to 1 yearsLocation: Jabalpur, Bhubneswar, Jaipur, Lucknow, Vanarsi, Ayodhya.
    • Build a strong pipeline of customers which includes merchants, sellers, retailers, etc. for your region.
    • Activate these customers on the seller platform which is a digital e-commerce platform/network.
    • Drive monthly sales target for your region or location with focus on quality and process oriented.
    • To assess the potential of customers who will be keen to get onboard the digital e-commerce platform.
    • Attending all necessary training that will be extended to perform the duties.
    • To ensure there is zero non-compliance regarding misrepresentation of facts, over pitching the product or about the company to the customers.
    • Report daily sales efforts, number of customer visits, onboarding, activation to supervisors.
    Who you are:
    • Has the hunger for sales and targets, willing to stretch and learn.
    • Must or is willing to gain knowledge in product and or solution selling to existing and new merchants.
    • Has a good understanding of numbers, can provide daily sales status to the field supervisor and can work independently and in teams.
    • Has passion to negotiate, do sales pitch, demonstrate product presentation, resolve queries on the ground, can maintain good relationship with customers.
