Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Financial Sales Associate to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the financial services/ stock broking/ insurance industry, with a strong focus on wealth management, insurance, trading & demat accounts, mutual funds, bonds, and NCB products.Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions.
    • Manage and resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking activities.
    • Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including wealth management solutions, insurance products, and investment vehicles.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain a high standard of ethical conduct.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales of financial products, with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong understanding of wealth management, insurance, trading & demat accounts, mutual funds, bonds, and NCB products.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
    • Client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
    • Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive business growth.
    • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
