Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate-Insurance to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the financial services/ insurance industry/ stock broking/ with a strong focus on wealth management, insurance, trading & demat accounts, mutual funds, bonds, and NCB products.Key Responsibilities:
    • Promote and sell insurance products (life, health, general) to potential customers
    • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans
    • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits
    • Follow up with prospects and close sales to meet monthly targets
    • Educate customers about policy benefits, premium payments, and claim procedures
    • Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients for renewals and cross-selling
    • Keep records of sales and customer interactions in CRM tools
    • Attend regular training sessions and team meetings
    Requirements:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided)
    • Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
    • Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
    • Good presentation and time management skills
    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
