Job Description

    As a Desktop Support-Kotputli(Rajasthan) at our company, your main responsibility will be to provide onsite support for handling tickets and responding to client support requests. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer peripherals, upgrading operating systems and software, and troubleshooting networking and connection issues. Additionally, you will be required to advise on software or hardware upgrades, provide basic training in computer operation and management, and support incident management, change management, and problem management processes. Key Responsibilities:- Handling tickets which are required onsite support- Responding to client support requests- Contacting clients to determine the nature of the problem- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues- Advising on software or hardware upgrades- Providing basic training in computer operation and management- Supporting incident management, change management, and problem management- Working knowledge and support of SAP, Microsoft, software & hardware, and Networking- Knowledge of Networks- Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, Cloud backupQualifications Required:- Minimum 2 years of experience in Desktop Support- Skills in Desktop Support- Location: Kotputli(Rajasthan) As a Desktop Support-Kotputli(Rajasthan) at our company, your main responsibility will be to provide onsite support for handling tickets and responding to client support requests.
