Job Description

You will be working as a Technical Lead Automation Testing (Tricentis TOSCA) at Apexon. Your role will involve driving end-to-end automation strategy and execution for enterprise applications. You will lead automation initiatives, define scalable frameworks, and ensure high-quality releases across complex systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices in automation and quality engineering will be key aspects of your responsibility.**Responsibilities:**- Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using Tricentis TOSCA across web, desktop, and enterprise applications- Define and drive automation strategy, framework architecture, and scalability standards- Build and maintain reusable components, modules, and parameterized test cases- Ensure end-to-end traceability between business requirements, test cases, and execution results- Oversee the execution of automated test suites, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous improvements- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders across the SDLC- Drive automation best practices, POCs, and innovation initiatives- Mentor team members, conduct reviews, and enable capability building within the team- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking- Ensure effective collaboration with global stakeholders, including the US time zone overlap**Qualifications:**- 9 years of overall experience, with 6 years in Tricentis TOSCA automation- Experience in the US Healthcare domain- Must and should TOSCA certifications, such as AS1, AS2, TDS1, AE1- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA (advanced test design, module creation, reusable components)- Proven experience in automation framework design and implementation- Strong understanding of test automation architecture, functional testing, and defect management- Experience with test data management and modular test design- Exposure to API and integration testing- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments- Ability to lead teams and work with distributed/global stakeholders- Experience with test management tools (qTest or similar)**Required Skills:**- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities- Ability to define and drive automation vision and roadmap- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills- Ownership mindset with a focus on quality, delivery, and continuous improvement**Preferred Skills:**- Experience in enterprise-scale automation transformation initiatives- Exposure to AI-assisted testing or automation acceleration toolsIn addition to the job role, Apexon is a digital-first technology services firm specializing in accelerating business transformation and delivering human-centric digital experiences.
