    You will be working as an Inside Sales Specialist at PACEX (Parthsarthi Academy of Career Excellence), a leading ed-tech platform dedicated to enhancing education and employability. With a focus on industry-integrated programs, live projects, and expert mentorship, PACEX has successfully trained over 5,000 students under the guidance of 50 industry experts. The innovative programs like CAPTURE, IMPACT, and IGNITE are designed to boost job readiness, professional development, and entrepreneurial skills.**Key Responsibilities:**- Identify and generate leads for potential clients- Conduct outreach activities to engage with prospective customers- Understand customer requirements and effectively present PACEXs programs- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong client communication- Provide exceptional customer service to meet sales targets and cultivate long-term relationships**Qualifications Required:**- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation- Track record of achieving and sustaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment- Preferably hold a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Previous exposure to the ed-tech industry would be advantageousPlease note that this is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur with opportunities for remote work.
