Role Overview:You will be serving as a Level 3 Business Application Support Analyst (Functional) for the esteemed client based in Jaipur. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex functional issues across various business platforms. Your role will involve driving advanced configurations, analyzing business workflows, ensuring cross-platform data model alignment, and providing functional leadership to L1 and L2 teams. This senior position requires deep domain expertise, ownership of high-impact problems, and collaboration with business stakeholders for continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the functional lead and escalation point for L1/L2 support across IronClad, AutoDesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Yardi, Anaplan, BiZZdesign, and Primavera (Any two).- Provide advanced functional configurations for Procore construction management and Primavera project scheduling.- Manage Yardi property management, leasing, and accounting workflows, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance Anaplan planning models, including formulas, hierarchies, and data flows.- Lead BiZZdesign enterprise architecture modeling, BPMN process design, and capability mapping initiatives.- Drive data model alignment across enterprise applications, ensuring consistent business logic and scalable design.- Design and implement complex workflows, automations, and business rules for multi-platform operations.- Conduct functional impact assessments for upgrades, integrations, and platform enhancements.- Produce comprehensive functional documentation, training materials, and configuration best practices.- Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to translate high-level business requirements into actionable configurations.- Mentor junior analysts and support continuous functional knowledge sharing within the team.Qualification Required:- 8 years of functional experience supporting enterprise applications (Procore, Yardi, Anaplan, BiZZdesign, Primavera) any two.- Deep expertise in construction/project management processes and real estate/property management systems.- Proven functional knowledge of financial planning and modeling in Anaplan.- Strong experience with enterprise architecture design and BPMN modeling in BiZZdesign.- Skilled in troubleshooting business rules, workflows, and data inconsistencies across complex systems.- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize cross-platform business processes.- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with experience working directly with client stakeholders.- Advanced documentation and functional specification development skills.Company Details:SigmaT Consultancy Pvt Ltd (www.sigmat.in) is currently hiring for key positions for their esteemed client in Jaipur.
