Job Description

As a Linux System Admin Level 2 at our company, you will be responsible for supporting our customer base directly and indirectly. Your role will involve interacting with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems in the Hosting Environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- Treat all customers in a professional, respectful manner- Handle technical support tickets from web hosting customers- Support the roll-out of new applications- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, and other electronic mediums- Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues customers are having with their web hosting services- Prioritize and manage many open tickets at one time**Qualifications Required:**- Computer Knowledge and Good Communication skills, preferably B.Tech.- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) preferred- Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment- Experience with Hosting Control Panels (CPanel/WHM/Plesk)- Basic installation, server security, and server monitoring skills- Excellent understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, Exim- Installation and modification of Apache, Bind, DNS, PHP, MySQL, Perl- Managing server Backup/Restore and DNS Management- Ability to work well in a team, adapt to a constantly changing environment, and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues- Confident, passionate, and possess organizational skills with the ability to multitask using technology and listening- Ability to troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as neededIf you meet the qualifications and are dependable to work during assigned shifts and complete work as expected, you will be considered for the CTC package as per eligibility of the candidate with at least a one-year service contract.*Note: No additional details of the company are provided in the job description.* As a Linux System Admin Level 2 at our company, you will be responsible for supporting our customer base directly and indirectly.
