Job Description

As a Service Center Manager in our company located in Jalandhar, your role will involve:- Establishing and maintaining the upkeep of service centers- Liaising with store managers and sales team for smooth service operations- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to prevent escalation of issues- Motivating and managing a team of service center and care center personnel- Taking responsibility for service deliverables- Mentoring and counseling engineers when necessary- Controlling the flow of incoming calls for on-site support services- Managing costs and expenses of service and care center within given guidelines- Ensuring adequate manpower to handle all customer calls- Providing necessary skills and training to team members based on needs and gaps- Ensuring harmony among care center personnel to support walk-in customers- Encouraging the team to improve performance levels by identifying gaps and needsQualifications Required:- Diploma / B.E/ B.Tech preferredExperience Required:- 6 - 10 years in After Sales ServiceSkills & Competencies:- Experience in device repair operations in the area/zone- Geography knowledge- Delegation skills- Team management- Market knowledge- Diversity management- Relationship management- Domain knowledge of telecom devices- Expertise in field repair operations- Understanding of business training requirementsPlease note that the location of this role is in Jalandhar.,
