Job Description

    As a Customer Relation Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all Public Relations Management (PRM) activities with the aim of ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and customer retention. Your role will involve maintaining consistent Customer Relations Management (CRM) practices across divisions and different stages of the after-sales process. It is essential to implement effective customer life cycle communication strategies to enhance customer retention rates.One of your key responsibilities will be to develop countermeasures to address and eliminate negative feedback from customers in order to prevent similar issues in the future. Additionally, you will be required to provide feedback to the after-sales department regarding customer complaints or any other issues that could potentially impact customer satisfaction. Regularly capturing, recording, and monitoring customer complaints will be part of your routine, along with conducting root cause analysis of complaints from various sources.Your role will involve the implementation of action plans aimed at minimizing customer complaints and acting as the primary point of contact with customers for all complaint-related matters. You will also be responsible for handling dissatisfied customers who have raised complaints through various channels.This is a full-time position based in Jalandhar, Punjab, and requires a Bachelors degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, with a preference for 3 years of experience in the automobile industry.
