Job Description

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals, and upgrading operating systems and computer software to ensure smooth functioning of systems. Additionally, you will troubleshoot networking and connection issues to maintain system operations.Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues- Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals- Upgrade operating systems and computer software- Troubleshoot networking and connection issuesQualifications Required:- Diploma in IT preferred- 2 years of experience in IT- 1 year of total work experienceThe position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits including Provident Fund. The work shift is during the day, fixed from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person, where you will actively engage in providing desktop support and printer maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of hardware and software systems.
