Job Description

As the leader of the Corporate Services Function, you will be responsible for overseeing the general administration services with a focus on providing timely and high-quality services. You will lead the team in ensuring the optimal utilization of company resources and facilities, such as office space, pantries, and cafeteria. It will be your responsibility to maintain effective liaison and relationship management with all stakeholders.Your role will involve leading disaster and emergency management at the site when necessary and analyzing performance reports to achieve excellence. You will need to ensure budgetary control, effective cross-functional coordination, and support for various employee needs like shifting, office modifications, and equipment requirements.Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining the highest standards in housekeeping and hygiene at the site, as well as ensuring the provision of quality and healthy food at canteens and dining halls. Coordinating visitor and protocol management, planning space and resource allocations for new buildings, and supervising special projects will also fall under your purview.Your role will require you to introduce innovative promotional activities for employees, drive service standards, and ensure process adherence and efficiency for all administration-related processes. Employee engagement activities will also be a key focus area for you.To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with a post-graduate degree being desirable. You should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in administration, preferably with a blend of factory operation and facility management at a large site. Key skills and competencies required for this position include managing change, result orientation, effective execution, decision-making, teaming, and customer orientation. Knowledge of the companys organization, products, and services, as well as experience in budgetary control and monitoring, will be essential. You should also possess the ability to troubleshoot effectively and take corrective actions in a timely manner.,
