Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Store Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage the store inventory and material in accordance with the plants requirements. Your objective is to maintain optimum inventory levels, minimize costs, and ensure compliance with RIL policies, statutory regulations, and approved budgets.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and procedures related to inventory management by following standard operating procedures and instructions consistently.- Conduct store inventory analysis, monitor surplus materials, manage pipeline inventory levels, and collaborate with the central inventory team to optimize inventory control techniques.- Coordinate with the purchase department for updating purchase requisitions and purchase order statuses.- Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to materials management and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire guidelines.- Contribute to operational-level manpower planning and facilitate the smooth execution of store operations.- Guide, mentor, and develop your team to take on larger responsibilities effectively.Qualification Required:- Education Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering or Technology (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical)- Experience: 2 - 9 years of experience in supply management in a similar plant operations environment, preferably in rotary of petrochemical/refinery.- Functional Competencies: Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Inventory and Material Management, and Statutory Regulations. Experience in handling large teams is essential.,
