MPC Civil Engineer

Job Description

Role Overview:As an Engineer Projects Civil at the company, your main responsibility will be to schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all technical activities to ensure the successful execution of projects within specified timelines, budgets, and adherence to company project management standards.Key Responsibilities:- Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.- Stay updated with industry-leading practices and trends to contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and procedures.- Organize and control project elements based on performance standards, requirements, and product design.- Review engineering deliverables and take appropriate actions.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project-related activities to ensure smooth implementation.- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budget and maintain quality in project execution.- Cooperate and communicate with project managers and participants to drive efficient project methods.- Prepare and maintain all IMS documents as per requirements and archive them according to documentation standards.- Adhere to all statutory and regulatory compliances and maintain strict adherence to DEPs.Qualification Required:- Education Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.- Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in plant maintenance or project execution; higher experience level for diploma holders.Additional Details:The companys internal operating network includes Production, Quality, Audit, and Supply Chain departments, while the external network involves interactions with Vendors and Consultants.
