    BA Faculty_Full-Time_Gajner, Kanpur Dehat, and Damodar Nagar, Barra Kanpur Nagar, Uttar PradeshPosition: BA FacultyJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 2-15 YearsLocation: Gajner, Kanpur Dehat, and Damodar Nagar, Barra Kanpur Nagar, Uttar PradeshAbout the Role:*We are looking for dynamic and qualified Faculty Members for Bachelor of Arts (BA) programs to teach undergraduate students. *The ideal candidate should have in-depth subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.Key Responsibilities:*Teach BA program courses (specialization subject) as per curriculum guidelines.*Prepare academic lesson plans, study material, and assignments.*Conduct lectures, tutorials, and interactive sessions.*Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and viva.*Guide students in academic projects, research work, and seminars.*Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and departmental meetings.*Mentor and counsel students for academic and career development.*Engage in research, publications, and faculty development initiatives.*Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.Qualifications & Requirements:Educational Qualification:*Masters Degree in relevant subject (e.g., English, History, Political Science, Sociology, etc.) with minimum 55% marks (mandatory).*NET/Ph.D. in respective subject preferred (as per UGC norms).Experience:*Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in higher education.*Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage students effectively.*Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning.Salary Range: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
