Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Ensure the quality parameters of incoming material as per the CPL quality standards or quality plan The quality of products complies with standards with UWDMA IS 17953 : 2023 & BS EN 12608:2016. Raise the deviation against each non-conformity to process owner Assist in developing short and long-term strategies to reduce cost, improve manufacturing efficiencies Monitoring of all QA activities w.r.t. standard requirements, root cause analysis and taking actions onthe areas of improvement Preparation of Process Flow, Control Plan & SOPs for the new products and in case of any change inexisting product lines Responsible for evaluating, processing & monitoring efficiently all Customer Complaints in co-operation with the concerned internal and external organization/people and with suppliers asrequired Ensure all the Safety / Quality policies and Production SOPs implemented for general plant operations Conducting review meetings periodically to evaluate & ensure Plant performance/team effectiveness Responsible for RCA/CAPA for all quality-related customer complaints and its closure within a definedperiod with proper solutions. Analysis of Market complaints and taking Corrective/Preventive measures to avoid reoccurrence Commit to plant safety procedures OSHAS & Environment safety
