The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving overall digital strategy, managing a high-performing marketing team, acquiring and retaining clients, and ensuring strong revenue growth across our suite of digital services.This is an in-office leadership role for professionals who are passionate about building and scaling digital marketing operations.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy:Define and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, SMM, Content, Branding, Performance Marketing, and Creative services. Lead and mentor teams across digital delivery, business development, client servicing, and creative operations. Develop scalable processes to drive consistent revenue, client satisfaction, and brand growth. Work closely with senior management to build long-term digital growth roadmaps.Client Acquisition & Business Growth;Drive end-to-end client acquisition strategy for Indian and international markets. Build relationships with Founders, CXOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and decision-makers. Pitch digital solutions, manage presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for business development and revenue generation.Campaign & Performance Management:Evaluate client requirements and design tailored digital marketing strategies. Oversee delivery teams to ensure timely execution of SEO, PPC, SMM, Performance, Branding, and Web Development projects. Ensure KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics are met across all campaigns. Maintain high-quality execution, reporting, and communication standards.Team Management:Build, train, and manage an in-office team of digital marketers, content creators, designers, performance experts, and client managers. Foster a collaborative environment focused on learning, performance, and innovation.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience:520 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing leadership roles.Strong background in both Digital Service Delivery Business Development.Successful track record in acquiring mid-size to enterprise-level clients.Experience working with sectors like:IT, Healthcare, E-commerce, BFSI, Retail, Hospitality, EdTech, Startups, etc.Technical & Business Skills:Hands-on expertise in:SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding, UI/UX, Website Development.Strong understanding of digital trends, tools, and platforms.Excellent communication, team management, and strategic thinking skills.Ability to build and manage high-performing in-office digital teams.About Us:We are a leading staffing and digital solutions organization with over 25 years of industry excellence across India, USA, Canada, and other international markets.
