• Experience:
• For Recruiter Trainee: 0-2 years of recruitment experience.
• For Recruiter: 1-5 years of recruitment experience.
• For Lead Recruiter: 2-5 years of recruitment experience with proven leadership skills.
• For Senior Recruiter: 5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on IT or Non-IT sectors.
• For Sourcer: 0-5 years of experience in sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
