Job Description

    As an Account Director in our agency, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of key client accounts. Your responsibilities will include:- **Client Leadership**: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term partnerships based on trust and results. - Develop effective marketing and communication strategies by understanding client business goals and market challenges. - Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with confidence. - Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.- **Team Leadership & Management**: - Mentor and lead a team of Account Managers and Executives to deliver exceptional client service. - Cultivate a positive and high-performance culture within the team. - Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of quality campaigns.Your key skills and competencies should include:- A strong understanding of advertising, branding, and integrated marketing communications.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.- Strategic thinking with creative appreciation and analytical ability.- Proficient presentation and storytelling skills for effective client engagement.- Proven track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.To qualify for this role, you should have:- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an advertising agency environment.- Deep knowledge of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing ecosystems.This role is full-time and permanent, requiring at least 5 years of experience in advertising/marketing. The work location is in person.,
