Job Description

As an HR Executive at our ladies kurthis manufacturing and wholesale business in Market Road, Ernakulam, you will be responsible for Employee life cycle Management, Training and Development, and ensuring Employee happiness. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop job descriptions, source and shortlist CVs, conduct interviews, and oversee induction and orientation processes.- Formulate and implement HR policies to enhance organizational effectiveness.- Design and execute Performance Management systems, conduct Salary Appraisals, and handle Exit interviews.- Manage the filing of statutory returns such as ESI, PF, WWF, PT, and ensure compliance with all other legal requirements.- Address and resolve employee grievances to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.**Qualifications Required:**- Demonstrated experience in HR functions.- Proficiency in statutory return filings and compliance.- Strong skills in MS applications, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.- Effective leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and management capabilities.- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Textile/Garments/Apparels industry.In addition to the competitive salary range of Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 35,000, the benefits include ESI, PF, Paid leave, National and Festival Holidays, and a Yearly Bonus. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.**Additional Information:**- Health insurance and Provident Fund benefits are available.- Day shift schedule with a yearly bonus.- Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala before commencing work.
