Job Description

    As a Telesales Representative, your role involves working directly with customers via telephone to describe products and services, persuading potential and current customers to make purchases. You will educate customers on product offerings and services to enhance their online presence, explain pricing, and address customer inquiries, thereby strengthening customer relationships. Additionally, you will follow up with customers after initial sales contacts, identify customer issues, provide appropriate solutions through upselling additional products/services, obtain customer commitment, and ensure product delivery. Continuous product education is essential to effectively handle customer calls. You will also maintain an accurate daily record of sales in the sales tracker.Key Responsibilities:- Work directly with customers via telephone to describe products and services- Persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products/services- Educate customers on product offerings and services to enhance their online presence- Explain pricing and address customer inquiries, building value in customer relationships- Follow up with customers via telephone after initial sales contact- Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions through upselling additional products/services- Obtain customer commitment and facilitate product delivery- Continuously educate yourself on products to better service customer calls- Maintain an accurate daily record of sales in the sales trackerQualifications Required:- One or more years of experience in Telesales in a high-volume, fast-paced environment- Strong customer service and telesales skills- Proficiency with Web-Based Applications and Windows- Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Problem-solving and decision-making skills- Superior closing skills- Willingness to work in night shifts (Shift: 8 pm - 5 am)- Graduates or above/Freshers or experiencedAdditional Company Details:- Consistently meeting departmental sales goals is expected- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment,
