Job Description

You are a highly motivated SAP ABAP Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience, looking to join a dynamic and growing team. Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams across geographies, playing a key role in large-scale transformation projects using tools like NZDT (Near Zero Downtime). Your strong technical background, problem-solving capabilities, and collaborative mindset will be crucial for success in this role.**Key Responsibilities:**- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust SAP ABAP solutions.- Plan, design, develop, and deliver high-quality code using ABAP, ABAP OO, Fiori/UI5, and related SAP technologies.- Engage in system upgrades and transformation projects with a focus on performance, stability, and business continuity.- Perform unit, functional, and integration testing using industry-standard tools and best practices.- Collaborate with development teams in Bangalore and Germany, as well as customers and various internal stakeholders.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring top-notch solution delivery.- Contribute as a full-stack developer where needed and stay up-to-date with the latest SAP advancements.- Participate in agile development processes, including SCRUM ceremonies and sprint planning.- Drive quality assurance across deliverables by conducting peer code reviews and adhering to best practices.**Required Qualifications & Skills:**- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering or MCA from reputed institutions.- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, including OOPs ABAP and FIORI/UI5.- Strong expertise in: - Reports, RFCs, IDOCs, BAPIs, BDC - Web Services, BADIs, User Exits, Customer Exits - Smart Forms, Adobe Forms - Workflows, OData Services, CDS Views - BAP on HANA- Proficient in reading, understanding, and reviewing complex codebases.- Experience in SNOTE handling and system update/upgrade activities is a plus.- Exposure to agile methodologies (SCRUM) is highly desirable.- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality delivery.,
