Job Description

    As a Senior AI/ML Specialist - Healthcare at iWARE Software Solutions, you will play a crucial role in architecting, building, and deploying innovative AI solutions to meet the strategic objectives of our clients in the healthcare industry. Heres a breakdown of your role:**Key Responsibilities:**- **Technical Leadership & Strategy:** - Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of advanced AI/ML models for healthcare applications. - Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI projects in alignment with business goals and clinical needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers. - Stay updated with the latest AI research and incorporate cutting-edge techniques into our solutions.- **Solution Design & Development:** - Architect ML pipelines for diverse healthcare data modalities like EHR, medical imaging, genomics, wearables, and clinical notes. - Develop and validate models for disease prediction, medical image analysis, clinical NLP, drug discovery, and more. - Ensure fairness, bias mitigation, and interpretability in model building.- **Healthcare Domain Expertise & Compliance:** - Apply deep understanding of healthcare data standards and clinical workflows to ensure practical and effective solutions. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and collaborate with regulatory affairs for clinical validation and approval.- **Execution & Deployment:** - Lead the MLOps lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and continuous improvement of models. - Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate AI models into clinical applications. - Establish model monitoring frameworks for performance tracking in live settings.**Required Qualifications:**- **Education:** Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.- **Experience:** 7-10 years in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions, with 5 years in healthcare domain.**Technical Skills:**- **Expert Proficiency:** Python, SQL, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.- **Data Expertise:** Healthcare data, FHIR, DICOM.- **NLP/CV Specialization:** NLP (e.g., spaCy, BERT) or CV (e.g., CNNs) applied to healthcare.- **MLOps & Cloud:** MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, AWS, GCP, Azure.**Domain Knowledge:** Understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and regulatory landscape.**Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.Join us at iWARE Software Solutions and be part of a team that is dedicated to leveraging AI in healthcare to make a real impact.,
