Job Description

    As an AR Operations Coordinator at EY, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the operations management and project coordination activities. Your role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders across different business segments to ensure consistent and high-quality services are delivered. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities:- Execute foundational coordination activities such as data cleansing, updating project forms, presentation/deck formatting, SCORE submissions, and project asset updates.- Perform workflow operations including managing shared mailboxes, maintaining MS SharePoint content, managing ticketing tools, and orchestrating deployment activities.- Manage and maintain EY.com web pages, coordinate updates, and work with other teams to improve workflow efficiency.- Support procurement process from initiating requisitions to processing invoices, in line with procurement guidelines.- Contribute to budget management by assisting with planning, report preparation, and monitoring expenses.- Facilitate support for internal and external events, draft meeting agendas, conduct research activities, and manage routine operations.- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and client-focused outcomes.- Address operational issues promptly to uphold service excellence and optimize client satisfaction.Skills and attributes required for success in this role include exceptional communication skills, strong organizational and critical thinking abilities, interpersonal and analytical skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.To qualify for this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience, a Bachelors degree, flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities, and the ability to support Stakeholder/Operations team with project management.Ideally, you should have practical experience working with Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of Project Management concepts, and familiarity with MS SharePoint.In addition to the technical skills, EY looks for self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and expand their knowledge in changing business environments, efficient team players with sound mindset in challenging situations, and individuals capable of prioritizing tasks with good time management and listening skills.By joining EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will have access to fulfilling career opportunities, continuous learning, transformative leadership, and a diverse and inclusive culture.
