Job Description

    As a Sales Officer in the BFSI sector at Corp Placements, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing new business opportunities within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance segment. Your role will involve reaching out to prospective customers through calls, visits, and referrals, managing the entire sales cycle, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and channel partners, prepare sales reports, and meet assigned sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Source and develop new business opportunities within the BFSI segment- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide responsive customer service- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners- Prepare basic sales reports and meet assigned sales targetsQualifications:- Strong Sales Operations and Channel Sales skills in the BFSI sector- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Customer Service- Effective Communication skills and ability to explain financial products clearly- Prior experience in retail banking, insurance, or other BFSI sales roles is highly desirable- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets- Basic understanding of banking and financial products- Minimum of a bachelors degree in any discipline; relevant certifications in BFSI or sales will be an advantage- Comfortable working on-site in Kochi and interacting with customers in field and branch environmentsNo additional company details were provided in the job description.
