Job Description

    Role Overview:You are a Mid-Level Technical Writer / SRE (Documentation & Runbooks) with 4 to 6 years of experience in technical writing, SRE documentation, or DevOps operations support. Your primary responsibilities include designing and maintaining the Confluence structure for all runbooks and operational documentation, creating detailed runbooks for production solutions, documenting troubleshooting procedures, developing incident response playbooks, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy in procedures.Key Responsibilities:- Proven experience in technical writing focused on operational procedures and runbooks.- Hands-on experience with Confluence administration and knowledge base structuring.- Expertise in runbook creation and maintenance for production systems.- Ability to document incident response procedures and operational workflows.- Working knowledge of AWS operations and services.- Proficiency in diagram creation (system architecture diagrams, troubleshooting flowcharts, etc.).- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with SREs, developers, and operations teams.Qualifications Required:- Experience with monitoring tools and operational dashboards (e.g., Grafana, CloudWatch).- Familiarity with schema validation and rule evaluation troubleshooting.- Basic scripting or automation understanding (Python, Bash, or similar).- Exposure to incident management platforms (PagerDuty, Opsgenie, etc.).- Knowledge of DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.(Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.)
