Job Description

    As an International Voice Process Healthcare professional at our company located in Info park, Kochi, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients and healthcare providers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries and concerns related to healthcare services via voice calls.- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.- Document call details and update systems accurately.- Meet performance targets including call quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Required:- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in international voice process preferred.- Prior experience in healthcare BPO is an added advantage.- Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).- Healthcare-related certifications or training will be a plus.In addition to the job role, the company offers competitive salary and performance incentives, night shift allowance, health insurance, provident fund, and other employee benefits, professional development and training programs, as well as transport facilities as per the company policy.Please note that the ability to commute or relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala, and work in the night shift is required for this position. Bachelors degree and proficiency in English language are also mandatory.
