Job Description

    As an Inbound Sales Coordinator at Voye Homes, located in Kinfra Techno Industrial Park near Calicut University, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize inbound sales processes while effectively coordinating with potential clients. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in this field, you will be instrumental in connecting with corporate companies and travel agents to generate B2B and corporate bookings. Your role will also involve building and nurturing a strong network of corporate and agency partners, executing outbound sales strategies through various mediums such as calls, emails, meetings, and digital outreach. Collaborating closely with revenue and reservation teams, you will play a pivotal role in supporting lead conversions and ensuring booking fulfillment. To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or B2B sales sectors. Proficiency in languages such as Malayalam, English, and Hindi is mandatory. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with both field and remote work is key to success in this role.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and a provident fund.
